South Metro Station

Broadbeach South light rail station is a major public transport hub in the Gold Coast suburb of Broadbeach. The station opened in July 2014 as the southern terminus of the G:link light rail line.

Surfside Buslines operate an extensive bus services from the station to the Gold Coast Airport, Tweed Heads, Robina station and Nerang station as well the surrounding suburbs. The G:link light rail service runs from the station to Helensvale via Southport and Surfers Paradise.

Star Casino Goldcoast

The Star Gold Coast (formerly Jupiters Hotel and Casino) is a casino and hotel located in the suburb of Broadbeach on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. The casino, which was Queensland's first, is situated next to the Nerang River and is operated by Star Entertainment Group. It opened in November 1985 as Conrad Jupiters. In 2017 it was rebranded as The Star, Gold Coast.

One per cent of the casino's gross gaming revenue is deposited in the Gambling Community Benefit Fund. This fund was established in 1987, supports non-profit community-based groups and is administered by the Government of Queensland.

BroadBeach Convention

The Broadbeach Convention Centre, officially known as the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, is Australia’s largest regional convention centre. Located in the heart of the Gold Coast at Broadbeach, the centre contains a main arena, exhibition halls and meeting rooms that can cater for up to 6,000 people.

The centre is used for corporate and association meeting and conferences, national and international shows, banquets, exhibitions, concerts and sporting events. A covered walkway links the convention centre to The Star Gold Coast (formerly Jupiters Casino).

Q1

Q1 is a skyscraper located in Surfers Paradise, a suburb of the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. It is the tallest residential building in the world, standing at a height of 322.5 meters (1,058 feet). The building was completed in 2005 and features 78 floors with more than 700 apartments. It also has an observation deck at the top, offering panoramic views of the Gold Coast and the surrounding area. The building is known for its distinctive architectural design, which features a curved shape and a spire at the top. Q1 is a popular tourist attraction, and its observation deck is a popular spot for visitors to take in the views.

Oracle Towers

The Oracle is a $850 million two-tower luxury apartment development at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. When completed it hold the record for tallest building and highest apartment sale in Broadbeach. The project consists of a 50-storey beach tower and a 40-storey hinterland tower and features a retail precinct which will be centred on the "Oracle Boulevard".

The Oracle was developed by South Sky Investments subsidiary of Niecon with architecture by Design By Innovation (DBI) and constructed by Melbourne-based company Grocon. The project is the second five-star hotel built on the Gold Coast after the Palazzo Versace.

Broadbeach State School is an independent public school (2014) situated in the heart of the Gold Coast and across the road from Kurrawa Beach. This school was established in 1960.
